Returns & final sale
Returns at Bazkot: all products are final sale. We only accept returns when an item arrives damaged or defective.
Policy in brief
All products are final sale. Returns are only accepted when a product is damaged or defective on arrival (or the wrong item was sent). Please check your order carefully when it arrives.
Are products final sale?
Yes. Every item on Bazkot is sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or ordering the wrong size/style.
When is a return allowed?
A return (or replacement/refund, as we advise) is only allowed if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described — for example broken on arrival, manufacturing defects, or a wrong item shipped.
What is not eligible for return?
Items that arrived as described and undamaged are not returnable. That includes dislike of fit or fabric hand-feel after trying on, preferring a different color, or deciding you no longer want the item.
How do I report a damaged or defective item?
Contact us as soon as you can after delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect (and the packaging if it was damaged in transit). We’ll review and tell you the next step — typically a replacement or refund for qualifying cases.
How long do I have to report damage?
Please report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery so we can help while carrier and supplier options are still open. Later reports may be harder to resolve.
Who pays return shipping if an item is damaged?
If we approve a return for a qualifying damaged or defective item, we’ll explain whether to keep/dispose of the item or how to ship it back, and whether return postage is covered. Do not ship anything back until we confirm.
