How shipping works at Bazkot: US delivery, free-shipping items, timelines, and order tracking.
Where do orders ship from, and how long do they take?
Orders ship from China via our fulfillment partners. Most packages arrive in about 10 days after dispatch to US addresses (transit can run roughly 7–18 business days depending on the carrier). You’ll get tracking when the shipment is created.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Bazkot fulfills orders to US addresses. Shipping options and any per-item surcharge are shown on each product page before you add to cart.
What does “Free shipping” mean on a product?
When you see Free shipping, there is no extra per-item shipping surcharge for that listing. Delivery still ships from China and typically takes about 10 days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After payment, open Account → Orders for status updates. Tracking appears once the supplier confirms the shipment.
What if my package is delayed or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged. Damaged or defective items may qualify under our final-sale returns policy; change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See Returns & final sale for details.
